My Story
I joined Fort Safety because, as a parent, educator, and advocate for youth and families, the vision resonated with me, and I saw incredible value in the mission. With over 10 years of experience in youth-focused mental and behavioral health advocacy, I've spent my career giving a voice to those who often go unheard, working to empower communities, and creating fair opportunities for children and families. My background, including a Juris Masters in Health Law & Policy and certification in Youth & Adult Mental Health First Aid, reflects my deep commitment to improving lives.
Beyond my advocacy work, I’m also a best-selling author of There is No Health without Mental Health Anthology: Volume 2, Series 1 and Rain & Revelations: Collections of ‘Ittle Girl’, where I focus on topics that uplift youth and families. As the CEO of R & R Total Enterprise, LLC, and the host of the podcast Off the Clock, I consult with policymakers and leaders to develop programs that promote mental, behavioral, and social wellness. My compassion, hands-on approach, and leadership align perfectly with Fort Safety’s mission to protect and support families.
